Nurturing Faith in Young Hearts
We joyfully welcome children and young people, just as Jesus welcomed them. Our dedicated teachers are passionate about sharing the Christian faith through engaging church education programs. In a warm and caring environment, Christ Church aims to nurture their spiritual growth and build a supportive community where every young person feels valued and loved on their faith journey.
Educational Programs
“Jesus said, ‘Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them;
for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.’ ”(Matthew 19:14)
Church School
Our church school welcomes children from pre-K through 6th grade every Sunday at 9:45 am in the parish house. After an engaging lesson, children join their parents for the Holy Eucharist in the church, fostering a sense of community and shared faith.
Teen Program
The Episcopal Youth Committee (EYC) is designed for young people from 6th grade through high school. Meeting every other Sunday at 10:00 am in the parish house, this program offers teens a space to connect, learn, and grow in faith before joining their families for Holy Eucharist.
Confirmation Classes
Confirmation classes are available for anyone aged 13 and up who has been baptized. While we encourage participants to be at least 14 or 15 years old, all interested individuals are welcome. Please reach out to the rector for more information on how to get involved.
